Announced at the 2001 Reunion in Chicago, where she was in attendance, Taipei American School has establish this fund in honor of Ms. Phillips 46 years of service to our school.
Recipients will be students attending the school from less privileged families in order to help them continue their education at T.A.S.. For more details contact the school directly via the Advancement Office.
